1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RecrewtMe ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including students, employers, and visitors.
2. Account registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

- —Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
- —Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- —Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may sign in using your email and password or via Google OAuth. One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual may be terminated without notice.
3. Course enrolment and refund policy
RecrewtMe offers live, instructor-led preparation courses in small batches (maximum 10 students). When you enrol in a course:
- —Full payment is required at the time of enrolment to secure your place.
- —You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the course start date.
- —Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your enrolment to a future batch at no extra cost (subject to availability).
- —If RecrewtMe cancels a batch, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
Completion of a course makes you eligible for a verified RecrewtMe certificate. Certificates are issued at our discretion based on attendance and participation.
4. Digital product purchases
We sell digital products including guides, templates, and preparation materials. All digital product sales are final. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:
- —Delivery is electronic and immediate upon payment confirmation.
- —Refunds are not available once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer law.
- —Purchased products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is prohibited.
5. Job board
RecrewtMe operates a job board for aviation professionals and employers. The following rules apply:
- —Candidates: you may create a profile, upload your CV, and apply for roles listed on the platform.
- —Employers: organisations may post aviation roles subject to verification and applicable fees. Job postings must be genuine, accurate, and comply with applicable employment law.
- —RecrewtMe is not party to any employment relationship arising from the job board and accepts no liability for hiring outcomes.
- —We reserve the right to remove any job posting or candidate profile that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — including course materials, videos, guides, templates, branding, and written content — is the intellectual property of RecrewtMe or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written permission. Your personal data and uploaded files remain your property; by uploading content you grant RecrewtMe a limited licence to store and display it as required to operate the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- —RecrewtMe does not guarantee that completing a course or purchasing a product will result in a job offer from any airline.
- —Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to RecrewtMe in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- —We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of earnings or career opportunities.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. RecrewtMe may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a way that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your access to paid courses and purchased content will cease. Refunds on termination are at our discretion.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
